AuctionACCESS cards: what the check-in desk actually verifies

Condition Desk ·

AuctionACCESS is the shared credentialing system most US wholesale auctions use. The card ties a person to a licensed dealership: the system holds the dealer license, the bond, and the list of authorized representatives. When a bidder badges in, the auction knows who they are, which dealership's floor plan pays, and whether that dealership is in good standing.

Why buyers here should care: when an independent lot tells you "we buy at Manheim," a quick question — "who holds your AuctionACCESS?" — separates dealers with real lane access from middlemen marking up someone else's buying.
